yesterday an article published in Washington Times called on the U.S. Government to take immediate action to secure the release of a Camp Liberty resident in Iraq.
Mr. Safar Zakery, under UN supervision has been recognized as a person of concern protected under international law. The U.S. had committed to protect him but now he has been held hostage in Iraq.
In 2004, the U.S.recognized him as ‘protected persons’ under the Fourth Geneva Convention and signed an agreement with him, committing itself to protect him until his final disposition.
In 2011, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees recognized Safar Zakery as a refugee entitled to international protection.
the U.S. Government has to take urgent action to fulfill America’s commitment by securing Mr. Zakery’s freedom. Otherwise he may be deported to Iran where he will face execution.
I think that achievement of nuclear weapons,human rights,terrorism and export the fundamentalism are the four basic pillars of ruling Theocracy in Iran.She added the situation of human rights inside of Iran and evict the Mullahs outside of Iran especially in Iraq,Syria,Yemen , Lebanon and Afghanestan are two real points that show the Iranian Regime has abandoned the nuclear bomb
